How long does an order take?
Everything is made to order and sent 7 to 14 days after you place it.
Can I choose a color?
Yes, pick from the swatches on each piece. The dumpling is the exception: he arrives in a surprise color on purpose.
How does checkout work?
Add pieces to your bag, choose shipping or Rhinebeck pickup, and check out through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes. Pickup in Rhinebeck is free, and you can choose it in your bag before checkout. We will email you once your piece is ready to arrange a time that suits you. Otherwise shipping is a flat $12 for the whole order, however much is in it.
